It cultivates multiple types of oysters such as Raspberry Point, Pickle Point, Lucky Limes, Shiny Sea, Rustico, Irish Point and Hanky Panky, grown in cold, nutrient-rich Gulf waters and harvested year-round, taking 4 to 6 years to reach market size.
