MiHi Entertainment: Creating Moments That Matter
For more than a decade, MiHi Entertainment has been creating memorable event experiences through creativity, technology, and interactive entertainment. Based in Colorado, the company provides photo booths, photographers, casino tables, dance floors, money booths, and other interactive activations for corporate events, festivals, trade shows, and brand experiences.
Managing Director Jeff Libby originally entered the industry while experimenting with digital marketing and website development more than 11 years ago. After building a photo booth website that began generating significant interest, he decided to purchase a booth himself and quickly realized the business’s potential.
“From there, I just started buying more and more booths because we were growing,” says Libby. “I totally forgot about the digital marketing side because I was naturally doing it while growing the company.”
Today, MiHi Entertainment stands out by focusing on creative and customized event experiences. Rather than offering standard rentals, the company designs activations that fit seamlessly into an event’s atmosphere and décor. One of its most popular creations is a guitar-shaped photo booth complete with a printer hidden inside an amplifier for music-themed events. The company has also transformed vintage cameras into photo booths to create more immersive and visually appealing experiences.
“Everything we do starts with asking how we can do this differently and how we can make it more fun,” Libby explains.
Another unique feature is the company’s interactive “pose flashcards,” where staff members hold up creative prompts for guests seconds before a photo is taken. The concept encourages spontaneity and helps create memorable moments for attendees.
“It makes every session exciting and unique,” says Libby. “People don’t have to think about what to do. They can just enjoy the experience.”
As the company has grown, Libby says his role has shifted from building the business himself to supporting the team around him. MiHi Entertainment now operates with approximately 10 internal team members, seven virtual assistants focused on marketing and design, and around 15 on-site event staff members.
Looking ahead, Libby hopes MiHi Entertainment continues pushing the boundaries of event entertainment through technology and innovation, including robotics and large-scale activations for major brands, festivals, and sports tours.
In addition to its event services, the company remains active throughout the Colorado community by supporting industry events, charitable initiatives, and local organizations.
