The Rotary Club of New Minas launches it’s newest initiative. “The Free Little Pantry”.
Similar to “Free Little Libraries” across the continent, this initiative focuses on non perishable food. GIVE WHAT YOU CAN > TAKE WHAT YOU NEED.

Axel Nafthal and his wife Maureen took part in a “Walk for Apraxia” fundraiser on August 29th with their two daughters Alana and Errinn, and grandsons Lochlin and Arlo. Beautiful day and lots of fun for a worthy cause!
Schooley Mitchell consultant Sanjay Tyagi is a volunteer pilot with Colorado Wing-Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary). He recently flew from Centennial to Walsenburg and Durango in Colorado to deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical professionals during the Covid-19 crisis.
Axel Nafthal joined fellow Rotarian Greg Coldwell in the annual “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” event; an international men’s march/fundraiser to stop rape, sexual assault, and gender violence.
Brian and Linda O’Sullivan recently volunteered for packing food boxes for an event called “Thanksgiving for Thousands” sponsored by Mountaire Farms in Selbyville, DE. Brian and Linda were part of a team that filled 10,000 boxes of holiday food (both Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes were filled) for local needy families who were unable to afford the full meal.
In June 2019, Ezster Farkas took part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids cancer.
Eszter was able to raise over $600 and cycled 344.6 km! Wow!
